Schools consider banning peanuts, peanut butter

Everyone knows a favorite food for many kids, especially younger ones, is a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. But believe it or not, because many kids are allergic to peanuts, some schools around the country have actually debated whether to ban peanuts, including peanut butter from their campuses. It comes on the heels of even more schools debating whether to ban soda - which some have done - and has been a pretty contentious issue for some school boards.
