Proposed cable access bill and its affect on you

There is a bill moving through the legislature in Madison that will impact cable access channels throughout Wisconsin. The degree to which channels and their programming are affected depends largely on the type of amendments that are attached to the measure, which is expected to pass in some form. We recently taped a program with OCAT Media Services Director Jon Urben, on which he discusses the proposed legislation and how it could affect OCAT programming and viewers.
