Decades v. DNR

Contributed by: Jim B. So I posted a story on this long ago, but what a bizarre twist this has taken! Decades has now listed this property for substantially more than they bought it for after they razed the building? Is this a posturing move to get some backing from political types? Or are they done and trying to cut bait? What a shame this has come to this point with one of the most prestigious pieces of land in Oshkosh.

Is it true that all Decades has to do is agree to a walking path and it is a done deal? Sounds much more complicated than that.

Still in disbelief!!!
