PETA is Coming to Oshkosh to Protest KFC! 3/21/06

As many of you know, PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) is campaigning against KFC to get the company to adopt some minimal animal welfare guidelines for the chickens who are raised and killed for its restaurants. PETA will be coming to Oshkosh on Tuesday, March 21, to hold a demonstration at the local KFC restaurant, and we need your help to make it a success. Everyone who attends will be rewarded with a peaceful conscience. Bring three or more people to the demo and we'll give you a free PETA t-shirt! Here are the details of the demo:

Date: Tuesday March 21, 2006 Time: 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Location: KFC Restaurant Street: 1805 Jackson St. (corner of Jackson and Murdock) City/State: Oshkosh, WI.
More Info: www.KentuckyFriedCruelty.com.

All the leaflets, posters, and stickers needed for the demo will be provided, so all you'll need to bring is yourself and anyone else who is interested in attending! This protest will be unlike any of the more than 100 KFC demos done in Oshkosh over the last 11 months. If you can spare an hour to lend a hand, we'd love for you to join us.

We hope you can make time to attend this important demonstration and send a strong message to KFC that the inhumane slaughter and farming practices of their suppliers do not meet your ethical standards.
