Jackson St./Murdock Ave. roundabout  closing in Oshkosh
Roundabout to be closed for two nights next week

(Green Bay) The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) Northeast Region Office is announcing the Jackson Street (WIS 76)/Murdock Ave. (US 45) roundabout in Oshkosh will be closing for two nights on Monday, July 11 and Tuesday, July 12, from 9 p.m. in the evening until 5 a.m. the next morning.

The roundabout is being closed so permanent pavement marking tape can be installed; replacing the temporary pavement marking that had to be applied late last fall. If the work cannot be completed in two nights, the roundabout will also be closed Wednesday night, July 12.

During the closures, traffic is being detoured using Packer Drive to Harrison/North Main St to Irving Avenue.  This route is a marked city truck route.
