City Accepting Applications for Rental Rehabilitation Loan Program

(Oshkosh, WI) The city of Oshkosh would like to remind rental property owners that the city has a rental housing rehabilitation program. The program offers a zero percent deferred interest loan that is available to qualified rental property owners with one to four unit properties located in low and moderate income census tracts or redevelopment areas within Oshkosh city limits.

Projects must impact the exterior appearance of the property and require a one to one owner investment match. Funds up to $10,000 per structure plus $5,000 per unit are available. There is a $10,000 project minimum.

Interested rental property owners must complete an application and be approved before any work is done. The application deadline is October 15, 2011. The application can be found on the city website,
