In the second segment of the show, Cheryl talks with Winnebago County Circuit Court Judge Scott Woldt about the county’s drug court, which is about to hold its graduation ceremony for its most recent class, and other programs that serve as alternatives to jail for some individuals and how someone convicted of a certain crimes qualify for these programs.
