Here is what's playing this week on Eye on Oshkosh...
Be sure to join us starting Monday, August 6
when Cheryl and Dan talk are joined in the first half hour by two local Catholic
nuns – Sr. Mary Barbieur and Sr. Mary Jo Selinsky. The sisters are part of a
larger cause – a project know as the 11 x 15 Campaign for Justice – which seeks
to help reduce the state’s prison population by 11,000 inmates by the year 2015.
Hear first-hand why they believe this is important and how they hope to go
about championing their cause. In the second segment, Winnebago County District
Attorney Christian Gossett stops by to discuss his current lawsuit against the
judges in the county over the right to carry a concealed weapon in our county courtrooms.
For anyone concerned about the protection of First Amendment rights and whether
judges have the right to disregard state law, this show is a must-see. *Programming
