Local Coalition and UW Oshkosh Student Clubs Partner to Host a Political Forum

WHERE:               Reeve Theatre, 800 Algoma Blvd., Oshkosh

4:30pm – 6:00pm

Parking available in UW Oshkosh Lots 13, 15, 32, 34, and the High Ave. Parking Ramp 

 

WHAT:                 re:TH!NK in partnership with UW Oshkosh Health and Safety Committee, American Democracy Project, SPARK, and  the UW Oshkosh Kinesiology Club, is hosting a candidate forum on October 11 to help Winnebago County community members learn more about their State and Assembly candidates in the upcoming  November election.

 

The forum will focus on tobacco, obesity, and alcohol consumption.  Community members in the audience will get an introduction to the candidates and be able to ask candidates questions in regards to the topics.

 

WHO:                   Short presentations by Maureen Busalacchi of Health First Wisconsin, Dena Mayer of Aurora Health Care, and Joe Abhold Director of UW Oshkosh Counseling Services.
