EyeOnOshkosh Oshkosh City Manager Mark Rohloff, taped 10-3-2024

On the most recent episode of Eye on Oshkosh, host Cheryl Hentz discussed an array of issues with Oshkosh City Manager Mark Rohloff. Besides his plans for his impending retirement from the City, the two discussed his accomplishments and those things that were challenges and still not resolved, like homelessness and race issues.

They spent a fair amount of time discussing revaluation of properties in the coming year and the reasons why, especially when they were just done, and at what cost for some. They also discussed the possible tax implications for people who saw a big jump in the worth of their property, based on the revaluation done earlier this year. Affordable housing was another big issue that rounded out the discussion.
